Wayne Ale House & Pizza SMS messaging terms
Program name and description
Wayne Ale House & Pizza Customer Care Messaging. When you opt in, you may receive text messages relating to your own booking or application: confirmation of a private party inquiry, questions about your event date and headcount, updates and reminders about an event you have booked, replies to a question you sent us, and updates about a job application you submitted.
Marketing messages
If you tick the marketing box you may also receive text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates from Wayne Ale House & Pizza, such as weekly specials, events and game day deals. You must be 21 or older to opt in to messages that promote alcohol.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on what you have booked with us and what is being planned.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a booking and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about your event.
How to rejoin
If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in through one of our forms, or by replying START or UNSTOP to our number, and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to book a table, hold an event, or apply for a job. Consent boxes on our forms are never pre selected. You choose to tick them.
Age
We are a bar as well as a restaurant. You must be 21 or older to opt in to any message program of ours that promotes alcohol.

This messaging program is operated in accordance with CTIA messaging principles and best practices and with applicable carrier requirements.
Legal compliance
We operate this messaging program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable federal and state law. Messages are sent between 8am and 9pm in the recipient local time.
What we do
We are a pizzeria and bar at 611 Ratzer Road, Wayne, New Jersey 07470. We serve food and drink on the premises, take orders for pickup and delivery through our ordering partners, host private parties, sell gift cards, and run weekly events.
Private parties
A party inquiry through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is held until we have confirmed the date with you directly. Details such as headcount, food, timing and any deposit are agreed with you before the event.
Menu, prices and availability
We keep the menu on this site as accurate as we can, but prices and availability change and the in house menu is the one that applies. Specials run on the nights listed and can change. Some specials are dine in only and are marked that way.
Alcohol
We serve alcohol under a New Jersey liquor licence. We card. We can refuse service to anyone we believe is underage or has had enough, and we will.
Ordering, gift cards and other companies
Online ordering and gift card purchases are handled by other companies on their own systems. When you click through, their terms and their privacy policies apply to that transaction, not ours. Questions about a specific order are best sent to us directly at 973 706 5505 or info@waynealehouse.com.
