We do not collect payment card details through this website. Online food orders and gift card purchases are handled on our ordering and gift card providers’ own systems, under their own terms and privacy policies.

• To reply to a question, a party inquiry or a job application.
• To plan and run an event you have booked with us.
• To send text messages and emails about your own booking or application where you have given consent.
• To keep ordinary business records.

How we share it

We share information only where it is necessary to run the restaurant:

• Service providers who operate our booking, customer relationship and messaging systems on our behalf.
• Our online ordering and gift card providers, when you choose to order or buy a gift card through them.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers.

Age

We serve alcohol. You must be 21 or older to opt in to any text messages from us that mention alcohol, and you must be 21 or older to be served alcohol on the premises. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We keep event and customer records for as long as we need them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period after that in case something else comes up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
